• Apple Sign-In Data: When you sign in using Apple Sign-In, we receive your Apple ID, email address (if you choose to share it), and name (if provided). Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose to hide your email.
• Photos and Images: When you use our service, you upload product photos for AI-powered image generation. These images are sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini, operated by Google LLC) for processing, and are also stored on our servers to provide our services and maintain your product library.
• Product Information: Product names, descriptions, instructions, and environment preferences you provide when requesting image generation. This information is sent to Google's Gemini AI service along with your photos to generate the requested images.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Analytics: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, actions taken, and time spent in the App.
• Crash Reports: If the App crashes, we may collect diagnostic information to help us improve the App's stability.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device token to send you notifications about your image processing status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Process your product photos by sending them to Google's Gemini AI service to generate professional marketing images (see Section 3 for details)
• Create and manage your user account
• Send push notifications about your image processing status
• Process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance
• Improve and optimize the App's performance and user experience
• Analyze usage patterns to develop new features
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Third-Party AI Service (Google Gemini)

Our core feature uses Google's Gemini AI service (operated by Google LLC) to generate professional product images. When you submit a request, the following data is sent to Google Gemini:

• Your product photos — the images you upload for processing
• Product descriptions — the product name and details you provide
• Instructions — any generation instructions or preferences you enter
• Environment preferences — the scene or background setting you select

This data is sent to Google solely for the purpose of generating your requested images. Google processes this data in accordance with Google Cloud's Terms of Service and Google Cloud's Privacy Notice.

Your consent is required: Before any data is sent to Google's AI service, the App will ask for your explicit consent. You may choose not to consent, in which case no data will be shared with Google's AI service, but you will be unable to use the image generation features of the App.

3.2 Other Service Providers

We also use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC) — secure storage of your uploaded and generated images
• Firebase (Google LLC) — push notifications to inform you when your images are ready, and analytics
• Apple (Apple Inc.) — authentication via Apple Sign-In and in-app purchase processing

Each of these providers is contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide the specific services described above.

3.3 Other Disclosures

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States, operated by Google Cloud Platform. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of data at rest
• Secure authentication using industry-standard JWT tokens
• Regular security assessments and updates

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account Information: Retained until you delete your account
• Photos and Generated Images: Retained until you delete them or your account
• Usage Analytics: Retained for up to 24 months
• Crash Reports: Retained for up to 12 months
